Wired connections work but no wifi

Today we noticed no phones or laptops connected to the WiFi. The smart TV and fire cube connected to the router via wires. Any idea how I can get us all online on devices. Got 2 daughters complaining every minute they are offine.

Virgin Wi-Fi guarantees

I was upgraded to hub 5 for free as Wi-Fi does not reach all of house. My package still says M350. I still cannot get Wi-Fi in parts of house , do I have to pay for pods, what about this virgin guarantee
