Yeah as mentioned I have tried all this.. tried it all and still flashing red

Had a new hub 4 sent me .. connected it all up last night and doing exactly the same…

just a update...engineer turned up and had to adjust settings in the box down end of the road and there was some other bits he had to do....got it up and running and perfect...only for 4 days later I woke up for work and the box had no light on it at all..so turned it off and back on and the white light came on solid and before getting past the setup restart process would go to no light and nothing working...
Phoned virgin as I needed this sorted asap due to work needing to be done at home again and they have sent another box and hopefully it is all good now it is working at the moment I just hope it doesn't go after another few days ...
Looking back I wish I had kept the first hub as I have had that for ages now with no issues and now I am on a 3rd hub 4 in a few weeks
