I have a problem which I cannot resolve with other methods of communication. It's been Monday, 22nd of July, 2024 when I received a call from Virgin Media Sales Department with suggestion to make contract for internet. It's all had been done in that phone call. I received router couple days later but never seen welcome email with account number, area reference as well. Honestly, I am not happy to wait until my first bill arrives.
I already tried to contact Virgin Media Support Team through the WhatsApp(absolutely unsatisfied) then made a phone call. I was being bounced from one person to the next one in that 30-minutes call. In the final they asked me to wait for a while but this awaiting took seriously a lot, so I finished it without solution.
I consider this whole situation has happened because of misspelling of my email address. Could you please help me to manage?
