Can’t change password for virgin media app

Hi 

i have gone into my virgin media app and I was logged out. I have tried to log in again and the passwords I have tried are incorrect. I the tried to change my password but couldn’t

What issue do you get when you try and change the password? How are you trying to change it?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

I am very sorry to hear you are having some problems when attempting to change your password, we will be able to help. 

Before we proceed, can you please try the following? 

 

  • Clear Cache and Cookies
  • Open the page on another browser
  • Try completing the request via another device
  • Try completing the request via the My Virgin Media app

If you are still unable to complete this, please provide the error code or screenshots (without personal details) of the issue and we will do all we can to help.
