Voicemail PIN no working abroad

Can anyboby please help me. I am abroad at the moment and unable to access my voicemail because I need a PIN. I do not know what my PIN might be and the (default) 7980 does not work.

I thought I could reset my PIN via the Virgin Media web pages, but I cannot find a link.

Can somebody please help me find my PIN or a reset option

Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch. 

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues accessing your voicemails whilst abroad. 

As the default pin is not working, we would need to get this reset for you but I can only do this once security has been passed.
