Unable to speak to another phone on same account whilst in France

 Currently in Ftance with husband. Both on same virgin account. Virgin sim cards. Can phone uk OK. Can call other mobiles in France. When try to call each other phone rings bit no voice connection. Able to send text messages. Have been to helpline. No help really. Any ideas.thanks

Select Apps from the Home Screen

Select Virgin SIM Toolkit Icon

Select Roaming

Select Mode

Select Manual

Select International

How to switch back when in the UK:

Select Apps from Home screen

Select Virgin SIM Toolkit Icon

Select Roaming

Select Mode

Select Automatic and go back to Home Screen

Select Settings from the Home Screen

Select Phone (if on iOS 14 or above, select Mobile Data)

Select SIM Applications

Select Roaming

Select Mode

Select Manual

Select International
