I ordered a new Samsung phone on the 24th (June). I'm already a virgin media customer. I went through the credit check, completed my direct debit and set up my mobile account but when I go to track my order it says it is 'parked' and someone will get in touch with me. It is now 5 days later and I haven't heard anything even though the website states 48 hours for processing. Can anyone help me get this sorted? just want to know if I'm getting my order or not so I can sort something else out.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry you've not heard anything. If you placed the order on the 24th, then today would be the third working day which we'd contact you.
