I have been requesting for my PAC code over the last two weeks (text message, online and on the phone) and I keep on getting errors when doing it. When I call to 789, they say a ticket has been raised and that they will let me know in up to 5 working days, however it is still not working.
2+ weeks to get a pac code should be illegal, please sort this ASAP, things like this is what makes me want to leave this company for both mobile and broadband!

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting your PAC code.
Have you now been provided a PAC code or are you still waiting on this?
