According to a credit rating agency I have an outstanding bill with Virgin Mobile from 2016 which I had no idea about. It's £13. I would like to pay this but all attempts to log into the account have failed as its obviously now defunct. How can I solve this?

Thank you for making your first post regarding an outstanding balance on your old account. I would suggest you contact us on 0345 454 1111 so we can check it and you can make a payment direct. Unfortunately we're unable to take payemnts via live chat or forums, so the best thing is to give us a call.
