Hi,
I got virhin broadband last week and have decided to get a mobile contract. I had an email when I ordered my handset to say it’s been parked so more checks can be done?. Could someone help please I need to know what’s happening with it so I can go to another provider if it’s not approved?.

I ordered a new phone Saturday afternoon and just wondering if it has been processed or sent out for delivery becuase it says it’s been parked?
