I haven't had service on my phone for quite a few months now and due to personal circumstances i have no means of contacting virgin so i have been paying the bill for a service im not getting
Anyone able to contact me via email so i can get a new sim and a possible refund?

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've been having with your service.
I have been able to locate your account and from an initial look over everything seems okay.
What I will do is private message you so we can look into this further.
