im a virgin mobile customer and my SIM card has stopped working, how do I get a replacement one sent out?

I am sorry to hear your SIM has stopped working. Appreciate that isn't ideal!
What happens when you try using it? Are you getting no signal?
Could you confirm if you have gone through the self care checks here to troubleshoot?
