Trying to cancel installation

Hi 

can anybody help 

I am Trying to cancel my installation order from virgin ,

when I get through to cancellation dept I am told that my account is closed 

but my installation is still going ahead , now every time I get put through to installation 

dept I mysteriously get cut off , is there any way that I can confidently cancel my installation 

before the due date ?

Hi

I tried to do the same after I found out how much it would cost to cancel with my current provider.

I mysteriously got cut off twice after being put hold for 30 mins each time by different advisors .

Thankfully , the mods on here helped.

Yeah , I think it’s a virgin policy to make it as hard as possible to cancel .

Thank you for letting us know and we are sorry you feel this way.

We do have many ways you can handle your 30 day notice in. n

You can put your notice you can do it  by just sending a text with a description of the cancellation to 07533 051809 this will go into a queue, or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA, Thanks
