Paid my bill and is showing unpaid

I paid my bill and still shows unpaid on the app, I have the payment confirmation on my email. Can you guys update that for me?

When did you make the payment? It can take up to 48hours to update on our side and show that the payment has been received.

Hi maccabeus_,

Thanks for coming back to us. If it has been over 48 hours and the App has still not updated, can we ask if you paid the bill as soon as it was produced? If you have, this can sometimes still show as an outstanding balance until your next bill is produced. 

Please can you let us know, as we may have to raise this with our IT team for you.
