Need to view 2 a bill from an account thats been changed over due to a new contract. Can't see any way to view previous account that was associated with the same email.

Thanks for posting in regards to viewing historic bills from a previous account, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

Can you confirm how you have tried to view the bill? Is it via your online account or the MyVM app? How old is the bill you're looking to view?

I've tried it on browser and the app, I moved in November so the account number has been changed over using the same email. 

 

Bill date - 2nd August 2021 and the 3rd April 2020

Thanks for confirming, AshJohnson2b.

Unfortunately, if you have moved property and a new My Virgin Media has been transferred to use the same email as your previous account, you would no longer be able to view previous bills through this method.

If you are looking to retrieve historic bills for an account that is now disconnected, you can request this through a Data Subject Access Request, here.
