My mum is currently ill in hospital following a stroke and unlikely to return home. How can I manage her account on her behalf? She certainly cant speak to an agent. I'm thinking it's most likely I will be closing it . Also rather upset to discover recently that virgin had been charging her around £70 a month for basic TV and phone (no broadband), but probably too late to do anything about that
