Issues with IBAN to claim refer a friend

Hi,

I received an email saying the £50 refer a friend had been approved. I can get all the way through to the end via Bank transfer, but it says the BIC or IBAN is not valid. I've checked several times and it is correct. Has anybody else encountered this issue ? Thanks.

If the sender wants an IBAN to pay an incentive you should suspect that the email is a scam.

Suggest you post more details of the email, particularly if you've been entering personal data?

I'm sorry that you're having issues with your refer a friend payment, I have looked into this and it changed a few months ago, customers are now able to request the reward to go into their bank or PayPal account. All the information for this can be found here.

 

Please get in touch with our referral partner Aklamio by calling them on 01576 820030 or sending an email to virgin-media@aklamio.com.  They will be able to look into this further for you.
