Long story short,
We (me/wife) have two accounts, both with different TV packages.
Can we swap the TV packages between the two accounts without having to go through each one of us doing a package change? (especially since the one package is no longer available).

Unfortunately what you're asking wouldn't be possible - the packages would need to be removed and re-added. If one of the packages is no longer available then unfortunately we wouldn't be able to re-add it once it's been removed.
