I've only just realised that my billing isn't fully itemised.
I will need to have historical records going back at least a year as well. They should cover all calls made including those to free-phone numbers such as 150, 0800, 0300 etc.
Can you arrange for that to be available please?

I'm sorry to say that we can only produce fully itemised phone bills on landline services moving forward for you, and can not backdate these I'm afraid.
We would also advise this would be for call that generate a charge only.
If you would like us to set this up on your account, please drop us a response - confirming you're the account holder, and we can have this arranged for you

I have to say that's quite disappointing that you can:
a) only provide record from now onwards (which means I can't challenge any historical charges) and
b) that you are unable to include zero charge calls.
This is all basic data that service monitoring systems collect.
When I was with Sky and BT, I had all that data available. I also have it on my mobile contract with another provider.
There doesn't seem to be much point in requesting it to be fair.
Thanks for your time but, I don't think I'll bother at present.
