Same issue as everyone else nothing works been with virgin media for a month now and can't use virgin go or my virgin app to see my bills been on the phone and nothing will send you a email and nothing but yet everyday I get a email from them asking how they did and can I give feedback 1 more week and I'm getting sky TV back
