Broadband billing

Hi

I agreed an 18 month Broadband only contract (M200 Fibre) in September 2022 for £32.00pm (after long text negotiations, from previous £25.00/£28.25pm for many years, and not £50.00 pm proposed at the time).

I have received a bill on 29 September for £34.92, and another bill on 31 October for £44.83!

Can someone help me sort this out please? I won't be staying if VM don't follow the contact...
