Currently on day three waiting for someone to acknowledge my notice of cancellation. Literally going around in circles being transferred between the same "teams' but nobody actually listens. Still waiting for someone else to contact me dispute ignoring my repeated requests for acknowledging my cancellation notice. Wonder if I'll get a answer on day four
