How do i get a landline connector between phone and hub 3 please

Is this what i need

RJ45 Plug to UK Telephone Socket

RJ11 plug to BT socket

VM should supply you with one if you are a VM landline customer as part of your package and you receive your VM landline phone service via the VM hub (as opposed to a conventional telephone wall socket).

As @goslow has mentioned, it is an adapter that we supply in-order for you to use the VOIP services.
May I ask if you have been given one or would like to request one?
