No-one able to call my landline number - it's not working

Hello JMontague - thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the incoming call issues. Is this everyone or just your Daughter that can't get through? Can you call out at all? Is there a dial tone? Let us know. Best

I have dial tone and I can call out but I'm not getting any incoming calls. My daughter has tried calling my landline from her mobile and her landline and nothing. Call fails from her mobile. And she gets the message ' you may want to check that no. " when trying to call me via her landline. She is calling the right number. I recently changed from sky to virgin and brought my no. with me. It was working ok initially...
