Many letters, no adapter

On our wavelength

I've now had several letters about the fibre phone switch over, the latest of which says I've been sent an adapter. Nothing has arrived yet and the date is under a month away. Should I be concerned?

I currently only use the Virgin hub as a modem? Will this matter? Are the instructions for the adapter online somewhere so I can plan ahead?

Sorry to hear you of your adapter concerns. The adapter is send 2 weeks before the area migration date advised to you in the letter. My apologies for any confusion caused by the several letters you have received.  You can find more information on the homephone switch over and the remote switch over instructions here.
