Hi
Can a VM team member pick this up please. I spoke to virgin on behalf of my elderly parents last Friday 31/3/23 and was switched over to the new hub landline on the Sunday but they are still waiting for the delivery of the landline to hub adaptor. They have now been without a landline for several days and my mums lifeline is also plugged into this so that doesn't work either !!
