Landline still not working after connecting toi hub with adaptor

My landline stopped working a couple of days ago and after a convo with CS I received the adaptor kit today. Plugged into hub as per instruction, rebooted hub, issue remains. Phone still displays 'Check Phone Line' and no dial tone. I noticed on rebooting that there was a red light in the shape of a telephone handset that flashed constantly along with all the other flashing lights you see while the hub restarts. Dunno if that's of any significance, but thought I should mention it - flashing red lights are never a good thing 😄

Can anyone help me solve this issue?

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline after the migration. Are you plugged into telephone socket one or two on your hub at the moment? If you're in socket two, please can you plug it in socket one and try again for me?
