Caller display isn’t working on my phone for the past week or so. We haven’t had any issues with the landline or anything requiring an engineer to come out. The phone displays nothing, just incoming call icon. Answering the call, myself and the other person are unable to hear each other properly. On top of that, the number that was called appears as no number on the handset.
Tried different handsets and those didn't work either. Used my handsets in another household and it was working fine there.
Can this be looked into please as this was working fine before with my BT Handsets.
