Fibre phone

Ok I've been on to virgin re my home phone and change over to fibre. I need the cable from the adaptor on the hub3 to connect to my phone, however the hub is in a different room to my phone and need a cable around 5/10 metres to connect both, I've been on what's app 3 times and explained and got 3 different cables sent to me, alm thecwrong ones, can anybody let me know what cable it is supposed to be before I lose my head, lol, many thanks. Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the incorrect cable being sent after the fibre switch
I'd like to take a look into this for you and arrange for a technician visit.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your envelope at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
