Hi thanks for getting back so quickly.
I have no other issues with my virgin media other than my landline is not working. I can neither ring out or receive calls. Also using my mobile I have tried to contact your number 150 but that is completely dead too.
My land line number is [Removed]

I would recommend removing your landline number from your last post as this is a public platform.
I have located your account and it does look as though there is currently an outage effecting your landline.

Cheers but there is also the issue of Virgins 150 number completely dead.
Mind you you guys are far more responsive and helpful.

Hi Marty,
You will need to call 150 from a Virgin landline or you won't be connected. I'm not sure if you've been unable to get through on 150 as you were calling from a mobile, but if so this will be why 🙂
