Have been unable to make or receive calls for the last few days, when phone rings and I answer it all I get is a crackly noise .

Unable to find a request page for an engineer on the help site.

I am sorry to see that you are having issues with your home phone.

Can you tell me if you have checked for any area issues? Also have you tried using a different handset?

have checked and area status appears ok, have swapped handsets but no change
