When is the phone changeover going to occur in my area.
The reason I ask is that my Hub has seen better days but I can wait until it has to be changed

You'll be contacted when you're ready to be moved over to a digital line, if your hub isn't compatible a new one would be arranged that the time.

You would need a hub 3, 4 or 5 (as per images below) for the new phone service

Earlier Superhub models do not have the telephone socket on the back.

Its a Hub 2 which works OK but since it took a tumble you cant see the LED,s
Also when im changed onto a digital line will any improvements be done to the outside cabling .Im connected to next doors cabling with a 4 way splitter and a 2 way splitter.

Hi @edam thanks for your reply.
So with a Hub 2, you'll be given a replacement closer to the time of the switchover as Hub 2's are not compatible with the switchover.
Improvements on the external parts of the property are generally not performed as part of the switchover but if you do need any further support, please don't hesitate to let us know.

They are already sending me a new hub but I can see problems hence my other post
