Desperately slow download speeds on xbox series S.

Just put Pshyconauts 2 into download via games pass. It's only 25gb and it's saying over 2 hours to download and saying my downloads are going at 40mb desperately slow compared to the playstation. My xbox is literally brushing shoulders with my router and attatched via WiFi as its such a short distance away. I can't attach it via ethernet as for some reason I get disconnected from online games on ethernet but its fine on WiFi as reported back in November last year.

Thank you so much for your post and I'm so sorry to hear you are having this issue with your Xbox!

Can I ask if you have any issues when you connect another device via the Ethernet cable? Also have you tried all the available ports and another Ethernet cable?

No other issues such as this on other devices I can play my Ps5 via ethernet without issue and it happens on every port.

Have you checked to see if any apps / games are running in the background when downloading?
