Connection to Stadia always Unstable

I am have been using Virgin for a month and 
Stadia always says "Connection Unstable, Game might stop"

and the gaming experience is also really bad, connection to stadia is unbearably bad and low quality.
When checked on Speed.net or Fast.com the speeds always shows 200mbps.
When gaming or YouTubing the connection feels like 10mbps.
Tried rebooting & resetting but nothing changed.
It feels like VIRGIN is deliberately slowing the traffic to stadia 

I would really appreciate some help.

Are you gaming on a WIFI or cable connection?

Also what are you gaming on, PS5, PC or XBOX?

Please can you also let me know what the internet is like when you aren't gaming.

I game on PC to STADIA through WiFi. My speed tests show 180-200 Mbps on WiFi 

But When Cloud gaming on Stadia its very obvious that the stream is being THROTTLED and connection and high pings

Thank you for reaching back out and for the above information, I was able to find you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues at all and the speed you are getting is also indicating no issues, have you tried using an ethernet cable?
