I seem to have the dreaded email issue.

i have moved home not long ago and had this current email and been with ntl virgin since 1999
im hoping it’s not gone for ever? I am wondering if it’s an account based issue?
there are 2 other accounts one for my wife and one for my pal they both seem to be working I think?
Unable to get in via web and 3rd party apps
can someone help please? Thank you
