VM Email Address

Does anyone know IF it’s possible to change or create a new VM email address? Mine is an NTLWorld.com address and it seems to be in the Dark Web, so ideally I would like to remove it and replace it completely. 

I’ve tried several times asking VM but I don’t expect to EVER get a response. 😤🤯🤬

@Sarid6-3 That's an easy one to answer.  VM stopped issuing new email accounts in May 2022.

It has never been possible to change an existing email address.

Thanks Graham, so are my options to change my account email address to a non VM one or am I forced to continue with my present one and to continue using the additional security software measures to protect myself given my details are on the Dark Web and have the potential hacking?

I would set up a new email address with an email provider such as Gmail or MS Outlook and use that going forward.  You will need a nim VM email address in any case if you ever want to change the password of your Ntlworld email address.
