I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mailbox. Is the mailbox that is locked your primary Virgin Media account? If so, please can you change your account password via My Virgin Media, this should unlock your email account,
Please give this a try and let me know, if it works or you need further assistance

I posted yesterday that I was unable to send emails and getting the message below and you responded back that I should change my password which I've done so however I still have the same issues , please update on what to do next please ?

Sorry to hear about the issue with your email, are you experiencing this issue with one recipient or is this from multiple different contacts who are emailing you?
