Old account compromised and needs closing

Hi,

I haven’t been a virgin media customer for the last 5 years as we moved over to virgin business broadband for my wife’s business.

I assumed both of my old email addresses would have been deleted but it seems they haven’t been and I’ve been getting blackmail messages through both.

could I ask someone to look into how these old email addresses could be permanently deleted please so whoever has hacked them can no longer use them

Hi @mrbadger101

Welcome to the community 

I'm sorry to hear that your old emails has not been removed yet. Normally these are removed and deleted 90 days after your broadband service is disconnected and when the email is no longer connected to an active broadband service/account. 

I can certainly look into removing this for you. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon.
