I have tried time and time again to log into my email account and cannot do so, this has been going on all day.

I checked earler for any faults and it would appear that some work being carried out in my area relating Boradband but this now appears to have been sorted.

The systems accepts log in details, could someone kindly help, thank you.

I am seeing the same issue. What's more, I go to the https://www.virginmedia.com/ website to login, go to the 'hamburger' menu top left and select 'Email' and arrive at a page :'How to manage my Virgin Media email account' where I am recommended to go to 'My Virgin Media' ....account page...which was the previous page I accessed!

Fundamental error on the website links.

If I click the button to 'Sign in to (your) email account', I see a 'This site can't be reached' error.

My internet is working perfectly otherwise.

Exactly the same as above - Webmail page unreachable times out. Still the same today.

I see that other customers are having the same problem as myself, this is the seond day for me, I can only log into my main email address which I have had for many  years but other than that the email  VM system is useless at present  as other emails in my account cannot be reached no matter how many times  I try to log in.

 The link https://www.virginmedia.com/  does not work and only directs customers to yet another page where it is impossibloe to sign in.

This is obviously an error in the VM system and very annoying for  myself and other customers, it needs to be sorted out quickly.

Still no help from Virgin Media, 3rd day now without being able to access emails, I use more than one.

I have tried accessing via https://www.virginmedia.com/

This does not work and yet again directs me to another page which quotes 'email'  but is absolutely useless.

I can get email on my phone but I have to turn off WiFi. Have you tried anything like this?

3rd day for me too.... just wondering if they are changing access for @ntlworld.com accounts....

I tried chat but that has no option to ask questions about email and it is infuriating. Requesting a 'chat with agent' is just ignored and the previous answer is repeated... endlessly... There should be a check on how many times a question is asked and then the chat should revert to a human! 'Chat with a human' should do just that - revert to a human!

Are you still having the same issues at the moment, are you still able access your email via your mobile using mobile data but not WiFi?

Have you tried to access your account via incognito or private browsing mode?

Strangely, I can access on my Android phone... but access through a browser - any browser, is still not available to me.
