I have tried time and time again to log into my email account and cannot do so, this has been going on all day.

I checked earler for any faults and it would appear that some work being carried out in my area relating Boradband but this now appears to have been sorted.

The systems accepts log in details, could someone kindly help, thank you.

What error message do you get that stops you signing in?

@Anonymous Can you successfully log into the VM webmail page to access the email address concerned? https://mail.virginmedia.com/

Make sure that you don't have Caps Lock set on your keyboard as log in details are case sensitive.

If you can't log in what error message do you get?

Thank you for your reply, I cannot sign in with the link, I have done a system restore via the Virgin system but this too has not helped solve the problem.

Sorry @Anonymous but that makes no sense.  There should always be an indication of what is falling in the log in process.  Can you post a screenshot of what happens making sure to cover up any personal information including the email address and password.

Yes I am having the same trouble. It says my account has been stopped or locked and I need ro reset my password. Done that still can't get on. Whats going on? Why can't you call anyone now? Is there a number to talk to someone?

The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).

I have had exactly the same problem all day. Initially my service status said there was an issue in my post code but now it has supposed to be fixed however I still cannot get to my emails.

If it is still like it in the morning I will try and contact Virgin.

Same here. error message on chrome and safari server unreachable / server stopped responding
