I am unable to send or receive emails, but it was OK first thing this morning. My PC, tablet and phone don't seem to recognise my password on Outlook. I can sign into Virginmedia.com, but when I try to read emails directly on the server, it says Mailbox unavailable

Try following the instructions set out here:
Wait at least one hour after changing the password before trying to access the email account.

Thanks Graham, once I'd changed my password, the emails flooded in and there was one from VM saying they had locked my mailbox as one of my devices may be infected with malware.
