A month ago I lost access to my VM emails - message comes up that says " Your do not have access to your emails at the moment." I have phoned ( and waited!) to 150, gone through security and various procedures only to be told the "technical team" will call me back within five days. This has happened three times. I WAS called back once - but did not get to the phone in time. I am waiting for an operation, and the hospital has my email address to contact me - and now can't. I just sat another half hour on 150 waiting for someone to answer. How DO you get any customer service from VM?
