Email recovery from Virgin - issue their end

Up to speed

My wife was notified on 19th June that her email had been affected by an issue at the virgin end. The emal they sent assured her the data prior to the 19th was safe and secure and would be restored.

A week gone and still no emails recovered online prior to the 19th.

Any idea when the data will be resored?

Thank you for posting. We have now restored the ability to send and receive emails for all affected accounts. Our teams are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have one of those accounts. My primary account has only recent e-mails in the Inbox. There is nothing in other boxes. My secondary account seems to be normal. 

VM's latest e-mail apology was 5 days ago. We are now 10 days from the VM e-mail meltdown.
