And still no reinstatement of emails prior to 19th June! Where is my wife's data Virgin? so safe even you can't find it? When will this be resolved? emails prior to 19th June are needed ASAP! I don't subscribe to the usual waffle of "your data is safe and we are working to reinstate it", its been far too long just get your finger out of your proverbial and get the data back onto your server now! Yes, got that but she needs her emails and data back asap from before the 19th. A small number of email accounts you say, lets hope it doesnt take too long then! Pisted asking when my wifes email data prior to 19th June will be restored but my message and reply are gone. The reply was along the lines of functionality restored which is true but its all the emails prior to that date she needs recovered asap. When will it be? You say the data is safe and secure, is it? This week I've had exactly this issue. Been perfectly fine before this week, but now I cant sign into my emails online no matter what browser I use. I've used all those recommended by the posts here. I've tried to access the emails on my laptop, desktop, iPad and phone via different browsers but get the same "Forbidden" message. Strange as using outlook its fine, but a real pain when I'm out and need access online!951Views0likes1Comment
