I received an email earlier today advising that my Virgin email account had been hacked and unless I paid a set amount in bitcoins all my contacts would receive personal information.
I've changed my password on my account on all my devices. Should I do something else?
Is there an IT security team at Virgin I can forward the email too?
Thanks all.

You can forward to phishing@virginmedia.com
Some of these emails are very unpleasant and unsettling and, without going into details, is it along the lines described in this Which article?
