Is there are problem with virgin email at the minute? I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days now? I need to get into them.

No, there isn't a general problem with VM email.
Can you confirm that you have a current VM broadband account to which the email address concerned is attached?
What message do you get when you try and access your email via VM webmail:

no i'm not and i've read all the stories about it. but to just be cut off is disgusting. NOT NOTICE AT ALL!!!
I need access to them to move stuff over and of course I can't get hold of anyone by email or phone to talk to them about it
