HELP PLEASE! Absolutely going round in circles for a month with this and at a complete loss what to do next! We lost access to one of the email addresses on my account a month ago and have managed to get no help whatsoever from numerous calls, live chats, WhatsApp conversations and a complaint! Been told various things to try, none of which have worked. Had to wait 2 hours, 2 days, 5 days blah blah. Basically no one you speak to has a clue, you can't get to speak to anyone who does, no one returns calls as promised and I need to access that email inbox. I get the idea I'm not alone in this.
