We have had no subtitles on virgin media sky movie channels since Friday rang virgin today and they are saying it's a problem with sky so they can not fix the problem is anyone else having a problem virgin can not sort it
Same issue here and so I’ve just rang Virgin to be told that we need to contact Sky. How are we meant to ring Sky when we are not their customer? This is an issue with something we are paying Virgin for, so Virgin really need to contact Sky please. As an answer that was a completely unacceptable answer and total passing of the buck.
