Volume not working on 360 remote

Remote has been working fine since we got it in July. Tv on/off and channel up/down are working but volume won’t. Have tried the following:

Changed the remote’s batteries, re-paired by holding tv+0 for 10 seconds, did a factory reset by holding tv+rewind for 10 seconds and checked audio settings are set to tv & not a sound system. Also turned box off/on again. When in pairing mode, the volume doesn’t go up when I press ok as instructed. Have entered model of tv manually but still no luck.

Any other suggestions very welcome!

Got the issue resolved. For anyone else who might have the same issue, what worked was just switching the HDMI port to a different one. Not sure why, but results are results!
