BBC1 HD marking as a favourite...........

Hello

I have had to re add/ re mark BBC1 HD as a favourite channel yet when I click on guide it is not listed there

I have to go to top, choose the entertainment channels and pick it from there

Anyone help getting it back onto my guide please

Hi @spangley 

Are you clicking on the correct profile that you added BBC1 HD to as a favourite?

If so did you save the BBC1 HD channel correctly?

Please note any channels you add to the profile will automatically be placed at the bottom of the profile channel list.

If BBC1 HD has been added to the bottom of the list then click on Settings > Profiles > Manage channels > 

On the screen that opens scroll down and highlight BBC1 HD by clicking the OK button once you find it, then use the up/down arrow keys above and below  the OK symbol on your remote to move the channel to it's desired place then click OK, then at the top go to and press Confirm
